SearcherMagnet offers up to a 10% referral fee based on the contract amount. You can apply this to your bill; or if you are not currently working with us we will cut you a check. *Contract must be opened and retainer received by Searchermag.net before referral payout.

Privacy Policy

SearcherMagnet keeps all information you provide 100% exclusive. We may, in some cases decide to feature your project in our blog or case studies as an example- unless you decide otherwise. If your project is confidential, we have no problem signing your Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA). In some cases where we are providing a high level of SEO and SearcherMagnet co-operates with you or your employees, you may be required to sign our NDA.

Billing Policy

SearcherMagnet may require up to 50% of the total contract value as an up front retainer. Exceptions to this rule include: past clients with good payment history, jobs under $500 contract value, and jobs over $5000 contract value(may be split into several payment by agreement). Invoices more than 30 days past due will be considered delinquent and a 5% late fee will be assessed. 60 days past due invoices will be sent directly to collections. However, we are flexible and are more than willing to work out an arrangement in special circumstances.

Creative Financing

SearcherMagnet will consider alternative means of payment. Some of the other methods of payment we’ve taken in the past include: transfer of domain names with residual value, advertising/blogging/promotional placements for SearcherMagnet or our clients, expert services such as web content writing, flash animation or python/SQL/ASP.Net coding. Ad space or domain names require analytics data and valuation by a independent 3rd party.

Fulfillment Policy

SearcherMagnet will contact you for information about your project. You will then receive a custom bid and for larger scale projects, a scope of work document. Timelines and any other terms will be outlined in our Service Contract.
